Here is a very exciting opportunity for our Winner to experience a true remote Fly-In Moose Hunt. The winner can experience this amazing hunt the last week of September/2026 right in the prime rut period or can defer the hunt until 2027 if that works better for their schedule. Although this Hunt takes place in the extreme northern part of Alberta it would be considered more like a North West Territory Hunt. In fact our winner will fly-out of Fort Smith, NWT and fly back into the very northern tip of Alberta for this hunt. The hunt takes place in an exclusive remote area on the Caribou Mountain Plateau and borders Wood Buffalo National Park (the largest national park in Alberta) which straddles the border of NWT. This is a new area that has not been hunted by any Outfitter for many years. Our Outfitter solo hunted this area last fall to scout out for this years hunters and reported that he expects an opportunity of 90-100% for this years hunters and bulls should average in the 50″ plus range with some going over 60″

This is not just a moose hunt, but rather a true hunting experience. Our winner will be flown via float plane from Fort Smith, NWT into the remote hunting area with one of only two fly-in Outfitters that offer these type of hunts in all of Alberta. This Outfitter believes in a very personalized service and therefore only takes 2 hunters per trip along with 2 guides. This is a 1 x 1 fully guided hunt. Hunts are conducted using zodiac boats on several remote lakes along with hiking and calling between the smaller lakes. Camp consists of canvas wall tents, wood stoves, cots and sleeping bags. Meals will be fairly basic but plentiful as this is a remote/backpack style hunt.
